Let’s get the confession out right at the beginning of this post…. I LOVE Britney Spears perfumes and whilst I am letting this all out I may as well tell you Fantasy is one of my all-time favourites and don’t even get me started on Midnight Fantasy! The Britney Spears perfumes are always super affordable for a huge bottle and easily accessible in stores like Dischem, Clicks, Edgars etc. Now that is out the way let me tell you all about my latest Britney Spears perfume… VIP Private Show
VIP Private Show is a sweet, fun perfume – I think you have guessed it by now if you are a fan of my #FragranceFriday posts that I love me a good sweet scent! As with all Britney Spears perfumes this is a fun, girly and sweet. It has notes of not only flowers but also fruit such as bloog orange, apple and mango. The floral notes are violet, orange blossom and magnolia, it does have a wood and musk undertone but these are not strong notes in the overall scent.
Packaging: A vintage looking bottle with the way the glass is cut into a prism style so you can see the pale pink perfume on the inside. There of course is a cutsie element and this comes through in the lid that has gold glitter within the see through plastic.
Notes: blood orange, apple, mango, violet blossom, orange blossom, magnolia, raspberry wood, amber and velvet musk
Lasting Power: About half a day without fading to a softer version of itself, its definitely a scent that needs to be reapplied if you are heading out after work.
Day or Night: Both.
Thoughts: As I mentioned earlier I am a huge fan of Britney Spears perfumes (besides curious!) so there was no doubt in my mind I would love Private Show, it’s a perfect me fragrance being floral, sweet without being sickly or overbearing.
