The Urban Decay Moondust range is probably the most glittery pigmented eyeshadows I have ever come across and although there is all that glitter I have never experienced any eye irritations which is like a first for me and my sensitive eyes.
The shadows can be used wet or dry, with a brush or fingertips; it all depends on the look you’re going for. If you’re looking to achieve a wash of colour then using a dry brush will be sufficient but if you’re creating a super glittery eye look then the wetter the brush the better!
The moondust eyeshadows have been formulated so that if you wet the pan they will dry back to normal and the shadow won’t be unusable or ruined. I met someone who actually told me she sprays water directly into the pan to get as much pigment as possible out.
